Ubuntu 21.04 Color white is using high value (bright or gamma)

I not understand if is a problem bug in nvidia driver or the OS.
Using Ubuntu 21.04 with nvidia binary driver 465.27.
The problem is in screen any area using white color use a high value (bright or gamma).

Using Lubuntu 21.04 64 bits and Nvidia drivers 465.27. Nvidia control panel color and some settings all in default with not programs in background changing color temperature or others values. The problem is any program output areas with white in high value. See the screenshots below...

The problem not is related with any setting in bright control panel or nvidia control panel.

Trying a solution and nothing at moment.

Tested 20.04.3 with nouveau because not nvidia drives was released for 20.04.3 in moment , but in 21.04 using nouveau also happen that problem.
20.04.3 happen that problem with white color, but much less than 21.04.
