Why i am getting this issue when i turn-on my laptop..i have recently installed 20.4 Ubuntu OS after replacing HDD with SSD, I have set SSD as my Primary & HDD as Secondary storage ?
When you installed the 2nd version on the SSD, the HDD was mounted in the computer. During setup, it recognizes other operating systems to configure GRUB. It saw that OS and added a GRUB menu entry for it.
You can clean it up by just erasing the data on the HDD (if you want, you don't really have to) or by using 'grub-customizer'.
