I have Kali latest version.

Why does Tor Browser run in the background after I close it?

If I use it without the bridge this doesn't happen.

I reinstalled it, but the same thing happens (the CPU is skyrocketing when Tor run in the background).

Having the tor daemon running in your computer is not detectable from the outside. What you are experiencing is that while you have one private window open all traffic from the browser goes through tor. You cannot have non-private and private windows use different proxy settings, so that is unavoidable. To browse without tor, close the private windows first then close the browser and it should shut down - If it doesn't work, go to your terminal and type in "sudo killall tor". That should make Tor go away.

I reinstalled Tor Browser again, but the problem persists, as you can see in the screenshot below, there are several Tor processes simultaneously both while the browser is open and after it is closed, and the CPU is skyrocketing.
P.S. I have been able to observe that what is described above only happens when I connect with a bridge.
