Have you ever wanted to password protect a file? Well, GPG can do that for you. No, it's not the only way to password protect a file. It's just the way I've chosen to do so in this article. It's not all that complicated, and you can also apply the same to a folder.


Hmm... Yeah, I suppose feedback would be alright. Though, I'm not sure how many folks want to do this and don't already have their own method of doing this. It's just as easy to do with a GUI by compressing a file or folder and choosing to add a password at that time.
