I know it might be trivial for some, but..
1 - Can anyone let me know how I can import the papyrus theme on MX Linux to my Mint?
So far I did not find any - but it's really light on the eyes for me and pleasant to work on.

SOLVED: >sudo add-apt-repository ppa:papirus/papirus
sudo apt install papirus-icon-theme-<flavor>
Flavor can be: Dark, Light, Purple, Olive and more
- Then Use the 'themes' in Mint menu to select the icon set you want

2 - MX Linux, can I switch from SysVinit to SystemD without starting an install from scratch or losing all my data?

SOLVED: You can either: install systemd-sysv - and it will do this automatically, or, according to another source (untested) - you can change this beforlogging in the initial screen where you have also 'options'.

-Any practical help will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

PS -If you have advice for the second Q - I would appreciate your knowledge & help

More for you to read [if you research yourself be careful, a lot of post go back 3 -12 years]
