My habit is to praise our system and love them very much, but sometimes I wonder why certain things happen, which in fact seem quite stupid to me. Right now I am talking specifically about the fact that the keys are being changed, for example, menu --> create link on the desktop. One day the n is underlined, another day the k and another the d. I even activated the nuclear bomb on this Latin country where I am, on the wrong day, luckily another error occurred and things did not work out. So as I have told you, it seems to me the apex of impracticality and I would like you to talk to me about it or tell me how I can make the keys of fixed convenience and not have to consult them again with the alt key. Thank you very much to all. With all my heart I wish that God enables me and gives me the opportunity to be a greater contributor to our 100% perfect Linux world.

As we can see, today is the day that commemorates the K, tomorrow will be D day, and so on for eternity.

Hmm... Just a quick note:

Religion is strictly off-topic here. A small part of your comment is close to the limit but probably not over the limit. However, it's close enough to make me ensure that you know the rules from here on out.

Thanks for understanding.

Those underlines are there to indicate that the particular character, usually a letter, which is underlined, can be activated to give effect to that particular menu item. For example, in the firefox browser menu that one can configure to be at the top of the firefox page, there are a number of menu items like:
File Edit View etc.
The word File has an underline under the letter F. If the user presses the keys: alt+shft+f, then the File menu opens and the user can then navigate down it and choose the item in the listing they wish to use from the keyboard with no need for the mouse.

With different GUI applications, the activating keys may be different for the characters which are underlined so one needs to know which keys to press.

If, in the example of firefox above, the menu items are not shown across the top the firefox page, one can choose to have it there by right-clicking a mouse with the pointer at the top of the page, and selecting: Menu Bar, with the mouse, and the menu should appear so that one can test the example provided above.

In all, the underlined characters are a help for keyboard activation which is often more convenient and perhaps speedier for some users.

Just to be clear, the underlined characters do not change from day to day, but are consistently reproduced within each GUI application when it's opened, though the set which is underlined in one application may differ from those in a different application :) .

The difference between the two menus in the images you have provided is clear. In post #1 the underlined character in the item "Create Link in Desktop" is k, and in post #3, the underlined letter is n.

If what is shown is the same application, it is highly unusual in my experience and I can only speculate as to why. Are the two images of the same version of Dolphin? That is, do they have identical version numbers? Is there another application open on the machine which Dolphin needs to differentiate it's keyboard shortcuts from? Has any user configured any keyboard short cuts, e.g. altered them from the defaults? There could be a conflict of configuration files of some sort, which I can't imagine right now, but such things can happen.

The usual approach to set keystrokes for the user is to set them in a file. Normally one would check the keystroke configurations for the app in such a file in the user's home directory somewhere, and in that configuration file, configure exactly what the user wants. Doing that should be able to resolve the matter because the application normally will read that user's configuration file and run it. That will override any other system configuration file that may have applied for that user, so it will be the user's configurations that the application uses. Perhaps have a look here for some info on the relevant configuration file:
