from the output posted it doesn't appear to have installed the Nvidia proprietary driver.

copy and paste this command in the terminal and post its output.

lsmod | grep nouveau

You appear to be using Manjaro and I'm not familiar enough with Manjaro to give any reliable help on how to install and get the Nvidia driver working.

I switched to Mint now. We can try.

ok go to the control panel / control settings / settings.

I forget what it's called in Linux Mint, I don't use Linux Mint.

look for additional drivers and if one is available than tick the box and see if it installs and works.

make certain to install all updates prior to this.

This may also help.

i have tearing just like video. not anywhere further.

Code:
mustafa@linuxmint:~$ lsmod | grep nouveau
mustafa@linuxmint:~$ lsmod | grep nvidia
nvidia_uvm 933888 0
nvidia_drm 49152 4
nvidia_modeset 1110016 8 nvidia_drm
nvidia 20361216 374 nvidia_uvm,nvidia_modeset
drm_kms_helper 180224 1 nvidia_drm
drm 483328 7 drm_kms_helper,nvidia_drm
ipmi_msghandler 102400 2 ipmi_devintf,nvidia

I don't see any tearing and what I see in the video is someone resizing a window.

if the video is working and not stalling or locking up or studdering then it sounds as the
Nvidia driver is working.

Linux developers have no control over Nvidia proprietary drivers.

Perhaps someone else can offer some better advice.

Perhaps this may help.

I understood that this problem is not tearing. it only happens when moving or resizing windows. its laggy. It is related to compositor but i cant find solution.
