i got some pretty awesome news i fixed the issue aka the linux mint post fixed it and i switch to linuxthat looks like the correct driver so the problem lays with the computers connection to the monitor, now your leaving my area
please run terminal command .. xrandr ..[with both screens connected] and paste back the Full report
hopefully someone with a bit more practice with multiple screens will pick up on it
