What does your /etc/pacman.conf look like and share the output of the following.
Code:
pacman -Qs megasync

I did some searching around, seems like that is a 3rd party repo that is broken for more people, I suspect this repo is in your /etc/pacman.conf.
Change it from:
Code:
[DEB_Arch_Extra]
SigLevel = Required TrustedOnly
Server = https://mega.nz/linux/MEGAsync/Arch_Extra/$arch
To this or remove those lines.
Code:
#[DEB_Arch_Extra]
#SigLevel = Required TrustedOnly
#Server = https://mega.nz/linux/MEGAsync/Arch_Extra/$arch
Then remove the megasync package: sudo pacman -R megasync
Then install it from the AUR by doing the following.
1. Open Add/Remove Software
2. Click on the 3 dots above each other then enter your password when it asks for it.
3. Click on the AUR tab and then switch the slider from red to green where it says "Enable AUR support"
4. Click on Close
5. Search for "megasync"
6. Select "megasync-bin" and click on build, it will then build and install it for you.

Lastly try updating your system to see if your pacman is fixed after having moved that 3rd-party repository.
