-Which one programming language should I choose (for game development)? I know a little of C++ and Phyton
And I miss my favorite windows games (Fallout 3, Skyrim.)
-How can I play windows games on Linux?

You can play SOME Microsoft Windows programs on Linux, with different degrees of success, but NOT ALL.

There are various front-ends for Wine, from free and usually available from Repository, like PlayOnLinux - http://www.playonlinux.com/en/ to not-free that you have to buy, like Cedega - http://www.cedegawiki.net/Welcome_to_the_GameTree_Linux_Wiki
(although Cedega sometimes offers a free trail).

C/C++ is the best language for desktop/laptop games. However, Android games/apps use JAVA (http://mobile.dzone.com/articles/beginning-android-game). I do not know to much about Android development to agree or disagree that C/C++ works when making Android games.

I think SteamOS is the future of gaming also. BUT, the OS cannot be used to MAKE the games. Only play them.
