Dear all,
I am working on linux kernel development for embedded systems. In my application I need to change the SDRAM initialization code (timing parameters such as CAS, TWR, RAS) targetting the AT91SAM9260 processor. Can any one tell me where can I find it.

Thanks in advance

Are you saying that you want to know where the source code is for SDRAM?

You might try looking in the arch or kernel dirs.
