ans: Windows uses Round-Robin, Shortest Job First, Shortest Remaining Time First but Unix/Linux uses CFS

Does LINUX work with the following algorithms ???
The Initial Version of linux used Round-Robin algorithm, current version of Linux uses CFS algorithm
You are replying to a 7 year old topic, probably a waste of your time.

I'll lock it and tell 'em to start a new thread. That way they can at least copy their question without needing to type it all over again.

Though, before the do so, I'd suggest they read the 2nd link in my signature.
