They also have a migration script with has been tested with several RHEL clones. I just tested it on a not listed one which was running in a test vm, Springdale Linux 8.4 and it works as well.

I just successfully migrated my two vpses and homeserver from Springdale Linux 8 to Rocky Linux 8 using the migrate2rocky convert script. Thank you Rocky Linux!!

May spin it up and see what it's like.

Just a note that it's a distribution meant for servers and doesn't give an ideal desktop experience because of older software than the average desktop distribution. Have fun! testing it out!
