Right distro for me?

I'm a complete beginner to Linux and don't know much about commands. I'm thinking of dual booting if I can clear enough hard drive space or using Linux entirely. Below are my PC's specs. My PC is a 2 in 1 so one that takes advantage of a touch screen would be nice. I'll probably try running Linux on a USB drive. Any help would be appreciated, many thanks.

If Manjaro, try the GNOME edition - https://manjaro.org/get-manjaro/ - and be sure to download the SHA1 checksum as well.

GNOME is arguably the best environment for touchscreens.
