rhel6 rpm dependencies issue

hi
i install rhel6 on physical laptop.
but the pc can't connect internet,which there is no ip.
when i install rpm packages with rpm command it forces to install dependencies.

is it possible to install without network connection?
how can i resolve the dependencies issue?
