Requesting some guidance on selection of an email server

Without going into too much detail as to our business, here's what we need to do....

Receive emails from 2 or 3 sources (email addresses) which have been relayed to us.

Example: jsmith at someemail sends an email to xyzinc at anotheremail
This email is relayed to us. Our email server routes it to a specific internal user account and is picked up by them with their email client. That user then replies to jsmith and it is received by jsmith as though it came from xyzinc at anotheremail

This is all we need an email server to do. We will have no more than 5 users and probably 3 different email addys relayed to us.

Could someone recommend a product that is relatively easy to setup and manage, preferably via a web interface
