It would be helpful for readers if you could paste here the contents of the sources.list file found at /etc/apt/sources.list, and also any files in the directory: /etc/sources.list.d/ if they are not empty.

The suggestion in the message to read the apt-secure manpage, if followed, will describe a way to overrride the the default security check, but it is not a wise move unless one knows exactly what they are doing since it's a potential security threat.

It's likely that there's a non-default repository in the sources.list which is the cause of the message, so it's perhaps that matter which will benefit from attention.
