I have an Raspberry PI 3B+
And this display: http://www.lcdwiki.com/7inch_HDMI_Display-C
HDMI and picture is working fine.
The problem is with the touchscreen.
The touchscreen does not work after bootup,but if i unplug the USB cable from the raspberry pi and plug it back in it works.
