I conducted a benchmark test using stressberry, but the maximum frequency reported was only 600MHz. However, when monitoring the CPU with htop, the utilization per core showed 1400MHz. Additionally, the 'vcgencmd measure_clock arm' command also reported 600MHz. Does this mean the CPU performance is throttled? I have already changed the CPU governor to performance mode and disabled all throttling. CPU temperature never crossed above 48c during the test. Does anyone have an idea on this?
