Assuming you are on linux mint from post #12 from here:

perhaps have a look here:

Perhaps consider the comment:
I gave up on switching mirrors years ago and just use the default Mint mirror. It's more reliable and those speed stats are too variable day to day.

No pic there.
In a nutshell....menu, type in update manager....click on it.....click on edit....click on software sources.....password....

The first line.....labelled Main (wilma).....just single left click on the https:// blah blah that is there, and wait......just seconds, not minutes....it will start to 'populate' a list....with the higher speeds first...reducing as it goes down.....normally the top one would be chosen by simply clicking on it.....and then go to the bottom of that list and click ok/apply....and then click ok further doiwn the page to update your APT cache.

Then go to the second line....Base....https://blashblah...single left click...wait....it populates......make a choice...usually the faster is better...experience after a while will guide you here........apply....ok....

You are done

There is another Main source which you may not see yet....it is called : https://fastly.linuxmint.io .....if it is there, click on to select it...apply...ok etc
if it is not, tell me and I will show you how to get it....busy building a fence at the moment

Did you try clicking in the boxes? It should give you a drop down menu.
