Quad9 having issues?

I use Quad9 as my DNS server rather than my ISP. However, I keep getting notifications (on my cell while connected to my wifi) about interruptions. They are generally only for a few seconds up to maybe 30 seconds.

Anyone else using Quad9 having similar issues? Or is my ISP possibly to blame?

I did. Nothing showing for my area.

But it just occurred to me that my cell works perfectly fine when not connected to my wifi. I have Quad9 set on my cell as well.

So, if it were an issue with the DNS service, my phone should be affected either way. Right?

you can try 9.9.9.9 and 149.112.112.112 and see what happens

also disable DNSSEC in Pi-hole if it's enabled. It will cause random failures, and, when it works, only duplicates the DNSSEC validation process, significantly reducing your performance.
