What the pros and cons for Type 1 Hypervisor as a linux user vs normal duel boot ?

I don't get your question do you mean as in running a Windows vm on a type 1 hypervisor vs dual-booting Windows with Linux?

With a type 1, the Host machine runs only hypervisor software.
Proxmox, VMware ESX, etc...

With type 2, you run software on the host machine OS to manage VMs,
VirtualBox, KVM, etc..

Generally type 2 are easier to use for novices.

Generally type 1 uses less host machine resources, and have more configuration opitions.

Dual boot doesn't involve a hypervisor per se.
