program for perspective tool

hey guys

i am looking for a program to create perspective grids to draw skyscrapers and houses etc. in perspective.

I don't know of any one application that does both the drawing and adding perspective, but . . .
are you able to do vector-based shape files? Saving them in an image format, then bringing them up into GIMP, perspective can then be added. I'll leave the math up to you
