Most of the time on all the distros I tried (Fedora, Mint, Pop!_OS) there's a strange cursor-smoothing happening, which makes cursor lag behind. It is also noticeable in uefi menu, but in Windows it's absolutely ok.
For some reason it sometimes disappears, but I cannot relate it to any action rather than letting it rest for some time.
I've tried researching similar problems and found:

- Some relate touchpad enabling "sluggish mode" to noise in measurements of sensors caused by some electricity problems (electric induction, incorrect power supply)
