problems finding bluetooth CSR 4.0 Dongle

Hi, I am having problems with Silvia finding the bluetooth dongle. I am sure that I need to install the driver somehow. When the dongle is plugged into the usb port the app does not see it. Has anyone else run into this type of problem.

What exact bluetooth dongle do you have?

Sometimes when things don't work a higher version of the kernel may provide support.
Maybe consider a newer kernel. Just an idea.

This worked for Mint 19. Perhaps it will work for 18.3-

I am having a similar issue. It shows the pendrive but i cant find drivers

I'm no expert on bluetooth adapters so just an idea.......

Maybe try installing a driver specifically for the RTL8188CUS and that may work.

It looks like you are running Elementary OS is that correct?
