port forwarding for Pentesting and Hacking ??

i need to know what's the real way to forwarding any port i want for Pentesting or hacking out my network (LAN ) , let's say i am in London now i want to hack some one in China or anywhere how can i open the ports completely ?
i am using Metasploit and Armitage / cobalt strike .. so can anyone help me i just have only this issue

rstanley , no i am just learning how to open ports through the network i have my research project about a program can contact any where thru those ports .. that's all dear
