One of the penalties for using a dark theme.

Being a professional programmer and spending between 8-12 hours looking at a screen for work, plus additional hours of screen time when I’m helping out here, or working on personal projects - I prefer using dark themes.
They’re definitely more gentle on the old peepers.
In applications, I usually use the Dracula theme wherever it is available.
If you’re a programmer and you use a light theme, you’re either a masochist, or a complete psychopath!! Ha ha!!

Question: Why do programmers use dark themes?
Answer: Because light attracts bugs.
