I just got an RTX 3060 and it works a lot better than those 4060 where movie characters used to teleport. With 3060 nobody teleports and almost everything is fine except for the fact that when idle and with zero rpm the gpu stays at 50°C which is way too hot. I've set target speed at 37% in nvidia-settings and the temperature dropped down to 35°C but I suspect that this "target speed" is constant, meaning that fan controller won't increase the speed if I run a game.
So, if I'm right about "target speed", is there any way to disable "zero rpm" and maybe even set a minimum fan speed?
