    Hello,
I recently switched to Debian after I had enough of conanical's BS, im a long time FreeBSD user but games play even less nice on UNIX than Linux(Hard to believe). I wanted to play some Brutal Doom/Starmade recently but realized I hadn't installed the propietary drivers yet so set out to do so. Low and behold I have some broken packages/unmet dependencies
and no matter what I've tried.

    #apt-get clean
doesn't help but doesn't return an error
    #apt-get autoclean
    same as above
    #apt-get -f install
returns two different errors (depending on how it feels)
    either
    Broken pipe
    or
    Errors were encountered while processing:
    /var/cache/apt/archives/libc-bin_2.15-0ubuntu10.4_amd64.deb
    E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Can't find any good documentation online (45minutes of googling and emailing friends)
here is the output of #dpkg --configure -a

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of libc6-dev:amd64:
    libc6-dev:amd64 depends on libc6 (= 2.15-0ubuntu10.4); however:
Version of libc6:amd64 on system is 2.13-38.

    dpkg: error processing libc6-dev:amd64 (--configure):
    dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of libc-dev-bin:
    libc-dev-bin depends on libc6 (>> 2.15); however:
Version of libc6:amd64 on system is 2.13-38.

    dpkg: error processing libc-dev-bin (--configure):
    dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of libc6-i386:
    libc6-i386 depends on libc6 (= 2.15-0ubuntu10.4); however:
Version of libc6:amd64 on system is 2.13-38.

    dpkg: error processing libc6-i386 (--configure):
    dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
    Errors were encountered while processing:
    libc6-dev:amd64
    libc-dev-bin
    libc6-i386

Maybe manual installs? any help is appreciated.
