i habe been using linux for a long time now... but one common issue i have been facing is my wifi driver.... i cannot use my wifi in any distro except Ubuntu 20.04LTS and distros based on it.... i'm unable to use fedora, cent os, arch linux and even debian.... i found no solution to this issue.. i want to try new distros but i'm just limited to use ONLY UBUNTU 20.04... i need help

i need a full and final permanent solution.... please help me... BTW distro I'm using is Ubuntu 20.04LTS Gnome DE

Just input the output of the command into a searcch engine, like so
RTL 8723DE +Linux
and, Voila!

will it work everytime i use new distro ??? also do i need to install the driver everytime i upgrade the kernel??
 
No. Redhat is different, so is Slackware. Debian & 'buntus -- probably a Yes. Don't know with Arch -- check with their wiki or whatever.

NOTE: Nothing is permanent and final with GNU/Linux!
