no localtime and hostname in /etc?

Hey! Yes this is a question related to Arch and yes I could not complete the bizarre Capatcha on their forum so I require your help
I just installed Arch and I've seem to have set everything proper, however /etc doesn't have localtime and hostname when I try to open them, nor do they appear when I write ls /etc in the list...Do I have to install them separately? If so how?

Arch isn't the best distro for new users, but if that is what you want to run, you should become very familiar with the Arch Wiki for assistance (you don't need to log in). The Arch Installation Guide covers your questions, so you must have missed them.

1. Update the system clock
2. Time zone
3. Network configuration (hostname)
