network configuration problem in kali linux

hey i got the problem i just install the kali
while installing the network configuration troubled me

now wire and wireless is not working
I have tried to restart network manager,but nothing happens

What is the output of putting into a Terminal

lspci |grep Network

and

lsusb

?

have you installed Kali onto your hard disk or have you installed via virtualisation (virtual box) ????

no i have dual boot it

If you have a Dual Boot with Windows you need to use Windows to download the package firmware-realtek

Put it on a USB Flash Drive , install it in Kali Linux and Reboot.

Just use the Debian site. Kali Linux is "based on" Debian. https://packages.debian.org/buster/firmware-realtek
