MS Exchange to Zimbra migration?

Has anyone out there performed an exchange --> zimbra migration before? We're looking at upgrading one of our clients and would love to get them off Windows and on to a Linux box/vm.

There are at least three ways to migrate the content of an individual MS Exchange user.

The first is to use the Zimbra Migration Wizard.
The second is to export the contents of the MS Exchange folders to a .pst file and import them using the Zimbra PST Import Wizard.
The third option is to export the MS Exchange data to a .pst file and restore it once the Zimbra profile is created for a corresponding Zimbra user
