Wanted to move to Linux and I hate Windows 10 and iOS so Linux would be the next stop. I don't have any issues with W7 and I won't even after its not supported. But I wanted to check out Linux.
If I do get Linux then I wanted to make it look like my Windows 7 as much as possible. I use the standard Aero theme with a dark toolbar. So...
Is it possible to make Linux look exactly like Windows 7 Aero theme? If so which version should I get? Is it hard?
I hear Ubuntu is the main one, then I hear about Cinnamon?
Cinnamon is the best for the W7 look?
Then I heard about Mint?
There a place to explain what all the versions are and the differences?
Why is Mint and Cinnamon not on the download page?
I want a new OS that won't force updates, all my software works with, looks like W7, and have NO bloatware. Something as clean as W7 and won't hog resources like W10 at 150 running processes when on W7 I have 35 with nothing running. What should I do?
