move the evo960(the complete system is installed here) to a new nuc7i7bnk

Hello I have linux mint 18.02 installed on a intel nuc5i7ryh and it has worked fine for a little over a year. This machine runs apache2 and serves some hourly reports. From time to time it will lock up meaning that the screen freezes web server stops severing it's pages I replaced the memory and still the same problem. So i wanted to move the evo960(the complete system is installed here) to a new nuc7i7bnk. will this work or am I going to cause more problems. there is a lot of utlities installed and I am afraid that it would take me a lot of time to get a computer setup from scratch. So i was hoping to short cut that.
