Mint USB Flash Manager

I am looking for an app that I can use on a USB flash drive to manage partitions and the drive in general.

I did install GParted and it seems like it only looks at the main HD.

In the upper right, it looks like you can click the drop down menu to show other drives.

The arrow should indicate that there are other drives. Should...

Dave, you have a drop-down box on the right above the partition bar [in your shot it says /dev/sda[931.51 GB] click on the down arrow and it should show your USB drive [make sure its connected before you open Gparted
