Mint 14 Cinnamon 64bit + frozen system ( 5 sek )

I have Linux Mint Cinnamon 14, When the system load ( shows desktop all icons / process) for the first 5-6 seconds is frozen and nothing can be done. Why is this happening?
Linux is installed on the OCZ Vertex SSD 4.
Version LIVE is this same problem .
