I have installed Xubuntu formattinb the hard drive.
So my computer works Xubuntu only.

After Window is gone, I sometimes face difficulty in using the computer, especially in installing a new program like photoshop, or some other program.
So I like to use it as Dual booting both window and xubuntu.

I did download window10(32bit) at microsoft in order to make it a dual booting system.
Now I have win10 iso in Download directory like the attached image.

What is next?
How can I make the ISO file to installation file for making a bootable USB?

An other option, depending on the level of performance you need, is to put windows in a VM.

regarding photoshop there is a lateral thinking approach - there is i believe nothing that you can do on photoshop that i can do with Gimp

I am new to VM.
I feel it will be another challenge to me,

In order to make it clear,
I like to ask the following is correct or not.
(1) install Virtual Machine on my Xubuntu.
(2) install Windows on the virtual machine

You can use multi-writer it's available through synaptic package manager.

G'day Dotker :)

Mate can you give us the specifications for your computer?

Go to Terminal and type and enter

Code:
inxi -Fxz

Then copy and paste the text into your reply.

Do not take a picture of the Terminal output, your pictures are too small.

If you want to post pictures, read my Thread here, first

But it is better with Terminal ouput to copy and paste, because we can then do the same back to you if we need to.

Cheers

Chris
