I installed Lubuntu 13.10 32-bit and I have installed the firmware-b43-installer package to activate the Broadcom BCM4318 wireless chip.
Now, where I can view the wireless networks to which I can connect?

Simply click on the network icon and choose the wireless network (or indeed wired network) that you wish to connect to.

The network icon should be on the bar at the bottom.

Have you rebooted after installing the wifi?

By chance, I need to activate and configure this wireless chip to access a wireless network? If so, how do I do this?
