[Lubuntu 13.10] Manage Onda Communication MT503HSA

Hi

I installed Lubuntu 13.10 32-bit.

Now, I have an internet key Onda Communication MT503HSA. It serves as a modem HSDPA/HSUPA, as a phone to send and receive text messages and as a storage device by inserting a SD Card.

Linux identifies it in this way:

Bus 001 Device 004: ID 19d2:2000 ZTE WCDMA Technologies MSM MF627/MF628/MF628+/MF636+ HSDPA/HSUPA

So, what should I do to get it working fully with Lubuntu?
