I am studying the basics of building a linux system (just for educational purposes). I have been trying to find some kind of "packages relation chart" for a well known distro (preferable a debian based one) but I haven't been able to.
By a "packages relation chart" I mean something like boot manager (grub 1.9) on the bottom, the kernel (linux 2.6) on top of it and so on. Somebody could help me there?
