Linux Slinky

    Slinky is an Idea for minimalistic controls.
    You have a topbar with a "slinky"(dropdown) at the left, the middle, and the right. There is also a clock to the right.the leftmost displays a taskbar on the side, the middle opens a fullscreen menu similar to MS Windows CTRL+ALT+DELETE, containing power options and logout, and a task manager. the right displays a notifacation center. If anyone can help me code this, try it.

    I dont really get it but sounds cool. Cant code tho.
