Linux Routing to reach Networks on another Server.

Hello All, Can i need help with Routing on Linux machine.

1) I have two servers on AWS environment. one Windows and one Linux
2) I have installed GNS on the windows machine and created three Routers (creating two networks)
3) IP address of AWS linux machine is 171.16.10.175 IP address of AWA GNS/Windows machine is 171.16.10.21 IP address of Routes in GNS application is 192.168.1.0, 192.168.2.0 and 192.168.3.0
4) I want to communicate/reach from AWS/Linux machine to the GNS application netwoks 192.168.x.x
5) i have created routers like ip route 192.168.1.0/24 via 171.16.10.21
6) But this is not working is there any idea on this.. please help..
