Okay, well I have been waiting for a very long time for my Udoo Bolt. Read a lot of stuff so far and I need a linux distro that ships with kernel 5.2 in the install files. Did some research on the interwebs and can't find one. I know they have a Ubuntu image specifically for the bolt, I am okay with that but would like a few more options. Thanks for the responses.

G'day Frank and welcome to linux.org :)

Regrets you haven't had the responses, I am from Australia and off for my evening but I will take in a look tomorrow.

Manjaro has some versions in the 5.2+ range.

Nice try, Arochester, but that provides version numbers of Distros rather than kernel numbers.

Linux "kernel 5.2" distro

on DuckDuckGo and Google are better, and also try 5.3

BlackArch Linux has 5.2.9 I have not looked further yet.

Just passing through :)

Frank, Fedora WorkStation 31 installs with around 5.3.3, and mine has just upgraded to 5.3.11

If you end up choosing the Ubuntu - there is a utility by Tony George (maker of Timeshift) called UKUU - Ubuntu Kernel Update Utility (can also be use with Linux Mint and others).

Used to be free but with 19.01 he has had to begin charging for it - $12 for lifetime.

I've checked on my Ubuntu 18.04 GNOME and it covers all the 5.3's from 5.3.0 to 5.3.11, the latest.

There is also the Ubuntu kernel PPA and this article covers it in the second part.
