Hello my friend...
I want a Linux distribution that don't need to update packages.
Can you introduce a distribution?

The point is WHY you want a distro where you don't want to update the packages? Can you explain?

Another way of looking at it is if you never connect to the Internet you probably don't need to update any packages.

Or do you mean a distro where the packages will automatically be updated and you don't need to intervene?

Took a while to sink in, but . . .
one may purchase a distro and its curent repositories from a vendor such as OSDisc out of Denver. He's reputable and quick to respond.

I don't have internet and when I want to execute a movie or program alert me that you must download packages.
I want a distribution of Linux that is a complete OS and don't need to download packages...

Linux Mint is probably one of the best for you.

Ubuntu comes without some stuff, ubuntu-restricted-extras, like MP3 and libdvdcss2 for DVDs.

Linux Mint is based on Ubuntu, but comes the stuff added.

Puppy Linux sounds about right generally doesn't have updates and is pretty complete out of the box.
