You need to do your own assignment. That is how you learn. It is not good to just ask others to do the work for you - that way you will learn nothing.
You have not showed us anything of what you have done. People might help you with your answers, but it is not fair to expect them do all the work for you.
It is common practice on Forums to ask one question at a time - not to ask many, many questions.
If you can't do the assignment, the best thing you can do is to speak to the person who set it. Tell them you are struggling and ask for more help.

We will help you find the resources (as others have done already) to do your homework. If you show us your work, we will show you the errors.

Just FYI. I was interested in the first pic I opened from your post, ie. change versus modification time, and as I didn't know the actual answer (sure I could guess but why) I just entered a command into the terminal (`info stat`), used the search key (`/`) & bingo had my answer in <20 keystrokes and <5 seconds.
Even if I didn't know what manual page to look up; search tools exist (eg. `apropos` & more) so we can find the pages we cannot remember.
