KVM + SPICE error

I got a Debian KVM VM setup and I'm trying to copy/paste between the host and VM. Or share a folder.


When I watch tutorials such as DistroTube set it up, he automatically has SPICE enabled.
When I try to manually set this up myself, via command line installs of SPICE, or adding in the Virtual Manager settings. I get this error trying to even open the VM:
