kde connect clipboard data is not getting shared between android phone and ubuntu

I installed kde connect on both my android device and my ubuntu pc. i can control my multimedia playing ubuntu via my phone wirelessly, also i can share inbetween files and url's but i am not able sync clipboard data in these two devices i am sending my clipboard data from kde connect app to my pc but my pc is not getting this data .Previously when i was using windows then i was able to do these things very easily but i am having trouble with this because i am a learner and i constantly sync data from my pc to and android to make things easier. I will appreciate your help on this issue.
