Yesterday I disabled this by clicking the ''allowed'' button at the bottom, today it has granted permission again.

Can someone explain to me what is this and why it grant permission automatically?

This site uses ads and (I assume trackers - meaning Google stuff, AdSense and Analytics). When there's media loaded, it will also load cookies from that site - such as embedded YouTube stuff.

So, there are 3rd party cookies involved in the loading of each page. It will always try to load those cookies, unless you do something to prevent it.

As for Firefox continued bugging you about the matter, on that I can not opine. I can only tell you what the site/server is going to do when you open a page here on linux.org.

Speaking of which, I need to clean up my site a bit. It loads so many cookies, you'd think it was powered by Keebler Elves.
