Just wondering before I go all out and mess around, are any of you updating the Earth 3D maps?

This is what I am talking about if you do not know http://www.earth3d.org/#video

I notice there is no street view yet. Is anybody working on developing this in the community? It would be great if as all open source communities do - if we get out and get involved with this. It seems worthwhile.

Just to update, I have actually been using this software, albeit a little less robust than google Earth, the program is actually quite cool, I see a lot of room for improvement - I think the more users get involved then this has the capability overtake G/Earth.
